FAQ's

Our dahlia tuber sale will be held in mid winter when we have finished digging and dividing. We are a small farm which means our times may vary slightly so please bare with us. 

We will begin shipping tubers in September through to November when the eyes become visible, we check all of our tubers and make sure they are the best quality before we do. If you find any issues when you receive your tuber please let us know within 48 hours so we can offer assistance. Once 48 hours has passed we cannot offer any assistance of refunds.

If there are any storage issues or our tubers become unfit to ship we will offer a full refund for the tuber. 

Dahlia tubers sales are final and we cannot refund any orders once they have been placed. 

Please note once you receive your tubers we take no responsibility for them when they have been stored or planted. We will be sending out a planting guide full of tips and tricks to help you have the best chance at success but please make sure you take the time to read this and do your own research and understand your growing region may differ from ours. 

Postage: Our orders will be sent out via AUS POST the following charges will apply.

1-5 Tubers $20

6-10 Tubers $25

11-15 Tubers $30

16-20 Tubers $35

20+ Tubers $40

Combined Shipping: We will be offering combining shipping for up to 3 orders, at an additional $5 per order. Once you place your second order please contact us so we can refund the difference in postage minus the $5 fee and combine your order.

Local Delivery: I also offer local delivery for $10.

Limits to Orders: Certain varieties have a limit of 1 tuber per household. I have set these limits to allow more customers the opportunity to purchase sort after varieties.

Please understand not we cannot ship to WA, NT or TAS due to quarantine restrictions.
